In 2024, C-mine and B-Classic teamed up to launch The Sound of C, a new festival that brings together performance and music.
The title is a nod to the cult hit by the Confetti's from the '80s, which achieved international success within the new beat scene. Just like the song, the festival is bold, daring, and innovative—key words that form the foundation of this unique event at C-mine.
The Sound of C gathers (inter)national artists who push the boundaries of genres, always with a wink to music, pop culture, and subculture. Be prepared to be surprised as the festival unfolds throughout the Energiegebouw: from circus performers to classical pianists, from pole dance acts to Bulgarian choirs. Anything is possible here.
