Join us at the Rubens House during the twentieth edition of Museum Night for a festive evening filled with art, music, performances and unexpected discoveries!
Jazz Bar with SUNA ft. Adil Benhsain
Live sets throughout the evening at 8.30 pm, 10.00 pm and 11.30 pm
Duration: 30 minutes
Take a seat in the Rubens House speakeasy bar, order a glass of wine and let yourself be carried away by SUNA ft. Adil Benhsain.
SUNA constantly explores the tension between human and electronic grooves. Drawing inspiration from jazz, world music and electronics, the project creates a distinctive sonic landscape where analogue synths, samples and rhythm seamlessly intertwine.
Joining the band is Bert Peyffers, percussionist, rhythmic force behind Ão and musical connector at B-Classic. His organic, layered approach to rhythm adds a new dimension to SUNA's sound.
For Museum Night, the band is joined by violinist and oud player Adil Benhsain. Deeply rooted in both Arab and Western musical traditions, he forms a natural bridge between the two worlds. Expect a richly layered blend of Arab jazz, electronics, warm samples, pure percussion and lyrical strings, performed in the intimate atmosphere of the Rubens House speakeasy.

Beyond the concerts, Museum Night offers plenty more to explore at the Rubens House. Join a short talk on Rubens' fascination with astronomy or discover the story behind the portrait of Isabella Brant. Experience the atmospheric live set by Lander Smidts, wander through the garden filled with surprises and visit Wishing Well, the interactive light installation by Céline Lafrikh.
In between, enjoy an exclusive Rubens cocktail or a special Museum Night gelato created by Milanese. Visitors of all ages can have their faces painted with motifs inspired by the garden, take part in a garden bingo, or ask the Rubens storytellers everything they ever wanted to know about Rubens and his world.
